The main navigation for CRM is in the top left corner, next to the ASCO logo.

When you click on this button, you will be able to choose between "Sales" and "Marketing." 


The only thing you are likely to use that is NOT found in the Sales tab is Leads: Leads can only be found in the Marketing tab.
