To start the session in extend Business Partner, from the drop down menu select:
extend Finance - Process
Finance - Accounts Receivable - Process
Inquiries & Reports
Open Entries
Open entries will display a list of all Invoices that have a balance.
- To display the records for just your location, enter the two digit number for your branch in the "Department" column and make sure the filter type is (A) "Contains." Activate the filter by hitting tab or enter.
- To print the list, click the Printer icon in the menu bar.
- To download the list, click the Table icon in the menu bar.
- If you are looking for a fully paid invoice, Go to Actions -> Include Fully Paid Invoices.
