To change your password for Email, CRM, ERP, Windows, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, please visit https://aka.ms/sspr then complete the steps below:

  1. Enter your ASCO email address.
  2. Complete the captcha (type the funny letters/numbers in the box)
  3. Verify your identity through whatever multifactor authentication you set up on your account initially (usually the authenticator app, email, or text
  4. Enter and confirm a new strong password.


If you do not know your Multifactor Authentication, please submit a ticket, give IT your cell phone number, and we can reset it to use your cell.
