ASCO email, ERP, and CRM passwords are linked to the users Windows password. To change the email password, a user must change their Windows password.


The user must sign onto an ASCO workstation using his/her network credentials (asco\username) and either the old password or a temporary password assigned by ASCO IT. The system will prompt to change the password. Once that is complete, the user will be able to access his/her email using this new password. The system will prompt for the current password (the old or temporary password) and a new password entered twice.


If the system does not automatically prompt to change the password, once the user logs in, press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select Change a Password... the system will prompt for the current password (the old or temporary password) and a new password entered twice.


The password requirements for ASCO are that a password must have at least 8 characters, must have a capital letter, a lower case letter, and either a number or symbol.
