Access the Portal
I would like to introduce you to the new ASCO Help Desk! The ASCO-specific portal can be accessed at asco.azimuthds.com
(if you get a warning that the connection is not private, click the Advanced link and then click the Proceed link)
Even before you get logged into the portal, you have access to ASCO IT information!
- Information about the state of ASCO systems will be shown here. Any system outages or other issues that affect you will be posted here.
- Live Chat! If you have an issue that you need addressed promptly, use this tool to get our attention. We can take the conversations and turn them into tickets, too!
- Here is where you click to sign up for portal access with your ASCO email address.

You will have to Sign Up for an account with your ASCO email address. A verification email will be sent to you. Once you verify your email, you will have access to the ASCO portal.
Portal Details
On this portal you can see a couple of things:
- An ability to create a new ticket in the upper right hand of the screen
- Searchable articles that can help you with issues even before you create a ticket.
- And the ever-present Live Chat
Create a ticket
Creating a ticket is pretty simple:
- Click New support ticket
- Fill out the form
- Pay close attention to the type of issue. The additional information needed will change based upon the type you select.
This list will be changing over time to better match the requests that you submit.
