For the below tutorial to work, you must have a role that can access the sessions in Step 1. If you do not and think you should, put in a helpdesk ticket or contact your manager.


  1. Go to the session eXtend Equipment -> Equipment Pricing -> Model List Price
  2. Click the "New Folder" button (even if you know there is already pricing for the unit):

  3. Type the unit number in the first field (labeled "Unit No.").
  4. Hit Tab or Enter. If pricing already exists, it will take you to the existing folder. If pricing does not exist, it will create a folder.
  5. Click the "New Line" button. Do NOT just edit the previous price. That destroys our pricing history.
  6. On the new line, you can put a future effective date and time, if you want. If not, just leave it as today's date. Do not change currency. Enter your price without a dollar sign and without commas.
  7. Click "Save" (red) or, if you are done changing prices, "Save and Close" (blue)
  8. The price in ERP is now updated. The CRM will sync with ERP around 9pm each night.
