First: if the below does not work for you, it is probably because you are not Authorized. Please submit a ticket to get the meter changed.


To Increase the meter reading, 


  1. Zoom into the Equipment Data for that single unit

  2. Go to the "Meter Reading" tab.

  3. You can change the "Current" field

  4. Click Save and Exit.


To Decrease the meter reading, 


  1. Either Zoom into the single unit or you can just select it in the multi-unit session.

  2. Go to Actions->Update Equip. Details.

  3. Go to the second tab

  4. Put a check in the "Update Meter Details" box

  5. Enter the new reading in the "Corrected Reading" field



  6. Click "Update."
