- Please go to Start -> Settings
- Choose Accounts
- Go to the link that says "Work or School" (might be slightly different than the screenshot)
- Click the account that has a red, green, blue and yellow icon and has the users FULL email address.
(Do NOT choose the account that have a black and white briefcase icon and says something about the ASCOEQ Domain.)
- Click the "Disconnect" button.
- It will warn you about possibly losing data or something like that, but it doesn't actually remove anything and even if it did, we're just going to add the account right back. So, just click "OK" or "Yes"...whatever it is.
- Close the settings window.
- Re-open the Microsoft Office App that you were having trouble signing into.
- Try signing in again. It should work this time.
