Steps to get into BI and get all the Apps that you have access to:

  1. Go to https://app.powerbi.com/home?ctid=5dc0ab53-1ff4-4936-bbf8-ccce2880d155
    Note: you cannot just go to powerbi.com and login. That gibberish at the end of the link is required!
  2. If it asks you to set up Microsoft Authenticator, please do that.
    • you have to download the app: you cannot scan the QR code with your camera app.
    • if you already have Authenticator set up for ERP/email/CRM, you still need to BI as a separate QR code (the ERP one won't work for BI)
  3. Once you have logged in, click the "Apps" link on the left side of the screen:
  4. As a first-time user, you likely will not have any Apps listed. Lets get them: click "Get Apps" in the top right:
  5. In the window that pops up, click "Organizational Apps":
  6. Choose the App you want to get and click the "Get it now" link:
  7. Repeat steps 3 through 5 until you have all your available Apps showing in your Apps screen:
  8. The setup is complete. You can access all the reports by opening these Apps.
